He was predeceased by: his parents, John Kulawy and Tonia Kulawy (Pesklak); and his siblings, Barbara Handel and John Kulawy. He is survived by: his wife Eileen Daly; his daughter Kim; his son-in-law Michael Cavros of Rhode Island; and his grandson Mike Cavros of Rhode Island. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
