She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni Pavichievaz and Rosa Pavichievaz (Smilovich); her husband Victor Motika; her granddaughter Christina Motika; and her sister Lidia Fonio.

She is survived by: her children, Franco Motika (Margaret) of Hopewell Junction, NY and Lidia Bastianich; her grandchildren, Joseph Bastianich (Deanna) of New York, NY, Tanya Manuali (Corrado), Paul Motika (Caroline) of Lake Oswego, OR, Estelle Loren (Gus) of Hastings, Eric Motika and Joshua of Los Angeles, CA; and her great grandchildren, Olivia Bastianich, Miles Bastianich, Ethan Bastianich, Lorenzo Manuali, Julia Manuali, Sofia Motika, Adrian Motika, Desmond Loren and Ruby Loren. She is also survived by other loving relatives & friends.
