He is survived by: his wife Deoki; his children, Ranji, Joseph, Paul, Patrick and Desiree; his sibling Ganesh Rampersaud; and his sibling-in-law Dalchand Bissoon of Canada. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
