With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Marguerite Lee of Queens Village, New York, who passed away on December 19, 2021 at the age of 96. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Mary Scheidecker and Joseph Scheidecker; her husband Clifton; her sister-in-law Rose Amodeo Scheidecker; her children, Lenora (Christopher Nielsen), Clifton (Bonnie), Lisabeth (Doris Lurenz), Bernadette (Robert Schroder), Gregory (Regina), Barbra (David Gallagher), Allison (Riccardo D'Ortenzio) and Daniel (Penny); her grandchildren, Benjamin Nielsen, Matthew Nielsen (Ajay Kalladeen), Owen Nielsen (Paige), Jillian (Cliffie Lee), Melanie, Peter, Gabriel D'Ortenzio, John, Colin (Riley Anderson), Emily (Brian Gallagher) and Maggie (Hannah Schroder); her great grandchildren, Austin, Brycen Nielsen, Anne, Jane, Clark Nielsen, Harper and Theodore Gallagher; her former husband Tom Canning; her grandchildren, Joseph Bertone, Kerry (Bracken), Michael Sambus, Timothy Bracken, Christine Bracken, Thomas Canning (Nicole), Justin Canning, Lizzette Cintron (David) and Andrew Canning (Lisa); her great grandchildren, Brinley, Bennett Sambus, Liam Canning, Jacob, Sabrina and Eden Cintron; her aunt Marg; and her godchildren, Susan Koch, Gary Scheidecker, Edward Koch and Patricia Dreyer. She was also cherished by her children and their spouses, grandchildren and their spouses and great grandchildren.
