He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Samuel Mills and Alice Mills (Duffney); his wife Janet Mills (Bass); his children, Ann K. Mills Dixon (Saunders), Elizabeth Light, Thomas Mills and Mathew Mills; and his siblings, Helen Underwood, Alice Bracken, Anne, John and Edward. He was also cherished by nine grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
