He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Michael and Mary; his siblings, Padraic (Rita), Ursuline Convent and Sligo; his wife Catherine (Kathleen O'Brien); his brother Seamus (Martin); his children, Martin, Ann, Ita, Sheila and Joseph; and his grandchildren, Eva, Leah, Eoin Meenaghan, Sarah, Luke, Alison, Francis Cahill, Cian, Clodagh Higgins, Hannah and Liam Cahill.
