She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Albert and Elizabeth Albert; her husband Joseph A. Mathern; and her siblings, George, Thomas Albert, Eileen Albert and Betty Beston.

She is survived by: her children, Thomas Mathern (Debbie) and Peggy Matthews (Keith); and her grandchildren, Laura Hackett (Brian), Peter Ruggiero, Kristen Soto (Saul) and David Mathern.
