He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Joseph Maskiell and Dorothy Maskiell (Dietrich); his wife Phyllis; his children, Jennifer Carlson (Andrew), Patricia Antonucci, Susan Closi (Albert) and Joseph Maskiell III (Denise); his grandchildren, Heather Carlson, Christopher Closi, Thomas Antonucci, Joseph IV and Madeline Maskiell; and his brothers, William Maskiell (Cynthia) and Robert G. Maskiell.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the Shriners Hospitals for Children.
