With heavy hearts, we announce the death of George E. Varian of Putnam Valley, New York, born in Peekskill, New York, who passed away on August 16, 2023 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Varian and Helen Varian; his wife Judith E. Horne (Judy); his daughters, Lynn, Tecchio (John), Patricia Chany (Christopher) and Elizabeth Gleason (Patrick); his brother Fred; his grandchildren, James, Sara (Jeremy), Christopher (Normandy), Josh, Caitlin (Peter), Kate (Mike), Tara (Michelle), Patrick (Caroline) and Brian; and his great grandchildren, James, Jaxson, Parker, Ethan, Lyla, Isabel, Owen and Harlow.
