It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frank D. Pallak of Putnam Valley, New York, who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Frank Pallak and Juanita Rose Pallak; his wife Joanne (Jody Lamont); and his siblings, Janice Cafasso, Jon Pallak and James Francis Pallak. He was also cherished by many nieces and nephews.
