He was predeceased by: his son Daniel Lawrence Kelly. He is survived by: his friends, Tyreek Jackson and Annie Lou Büchwold; his wife Alicia Johnson Kelly; his parents, Margaret Kelly and Timothy Kelly of Lake Peekskill, NY.; his brother Thomas Kelly (Victoria Lakis Kelly) of Warwick, NY.; his nieces and nephews, Paige Ryan Kelly and Soren James Kelly; his sister-in-law Danielle Johnson of Camden; his parents-in-law, Steve and Bonita Johnson of Holden, Maine.; and his godparents, Alice Knebel of White Plains, NY and Louis A Knebel of Fort Lauderdale. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles, and cousins.
They bought a house in Hopewell Junction, NY where Daniel continued to work from home after COVID.
