He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Leon Smith and Johanna Smith (Eisemann). He is survived by: his wife Eleanor; and his daughters, Noel Mack (James), Joanne Quici (Michael) and Ellie Berube (Jesse). He is also survived by seven grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
