With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donald Robert Proctor of Pulteney, New York, born in Paterson, New Jersey, who passed away on December 15, 2020 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Proctor and Margaret Proctor; and his brothers, Herbert Proctor and Richard Proctor.
