He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Linda Yonge; his wife Linda; and his children, Charles Scotchmer (Brenda) of Pulteney, NY and Charlene Secondo (Chris) of Hamburg, NY. He was also cherished by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
