He was predeceased by: his parents, Isolid Potter and Francis Potter; his wife Harriette O. Potter; his grandmother Bernice Wheeler; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Bailey and James VanVliete.
He is survived by: his sister Ann Bailey; his sons, Jeffrey Potter (Gabriele), John Potter (Kim) and Brock Potter (Lynn); his grandchildren, Hans Potter (Kristiana), Shauna Cook (Kyle) and Wade Potter (Deneé); his great grandchildren, Ayden and Jaxson Potter; his siblings-in-law, Teri VanVliete, Jacquelyn Robinson (James) and Frederick VanVliete (Randi); his friend Norman'Bucky'Bates; and his pet Luke.
Donations can be made in Charles' name to your local animal shelter, the Pulteney Fire Department, or the First Presbyterian Church of Pulteney.
