He was predeceased by: his parents, John Price and Gwendolyn Price (Jones); his wife Charlotte Kinney; and his siblings, Alma, Fran and Joe.
He is survived by: his daughters, Sharon and Darlene; and his siblings, Jack Price, Virginia Amo, Joy Franklin, Shirley Dailey, Jane Bressett and Rose Barlow. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family has aske to plant a tree in honor of Bill.
