Lewis, Jr. (Karen Frank) of Pulaski, Amy Lewis of Pulaski, Jason Lewis and Danielle Bellinger of Zephyrhills, Florida; and also, Tammy Latrielle LaBrake (James) of Spring Hill, Tennessee, Jeffrey Latrielle (Carey) of Massena, Kevin Latrielle (Nicole) of Norfolk, Caleb, Dillion, Sierra, Madison, William III, Virginia, Andrew, Jaynell, Jaydance, Jacob, Jillian, Joshua, Rylee and Adreonna.
