He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry L. Perkins and Ruth C. Perkins (Moore); his former wife Betty Loomis May; his children, Linda L. Perkins of Syracuse, NY, Gerald B. Perkins, Deborah Perkins Bittel (Bruce) of Solvay, NY and Sandra Perkins Cook (late Edward) of Central Square, NY; his wife Barbara Tryon Loomis; his daughter Candace Perkins Mack (Robert) of Mauldin, SC; his stepchildren, Carol Loomis Clark (NH) and Roger Loomis (FL); and his son-in-law Ed Cook. He was also cherished by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Richard Benjamin Perkins "Perky" of Pulaski, NY, died unexpectedly in Upstate Hospital on June 2, 2020 after succumbing to complications from the COVID-19 virus at the age of 93.
