With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Howard of Pulaski, New York, who passed away on November 14, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son Ricky; his parents, David and Lucy; and his brothers, Charles and LeRoy.
He is survived by: his wife Norma; and his children, Debbie Davidson (Michael) of Hickory, N. C, Cindy Tietjen (Bruce) of Pulaski, NY, Lisa Shepard (James "Shep") and Mark Howard of Oswego, NY. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
