It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis G. Archer (Pulaski, New York), born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on January 20, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Charles Archer, Sr.; and her daughter Karen Topsham. She is survived by: her sons, Charles "Reggie" Archer, Jr. of Pulaski and Gary Archer (Barbara) of Brewerton; her grandchildren, Chantel, Alexander, Jamie and Troy; her great grandchildren, Maximo and Lucas; and her pet Alpha.
