With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Philip R. Switzer of Pulaski, New York, born in Oswego, New York, who passed away on June 3, 2023 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Meritt Switzer and Anne Murtha Switzer; and his siblings, Douglas Switzer (Annette) of California, Gregory Switzer (Mary Sue) of Sodus Point, Patricia Clark (Herbert) of Pulaski, Vincent Switzer of Syracuse, Loretta Switzer of Apulia, Frederick Switzer of North Carolina, Martin Switzer of Renshaw Bay and Leslie Switzer of Kenmore. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
