With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linda L. Tanner (Pulaski, New York), born in Syracuse, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 28, 2024 at the age of 70. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Wheeler and Elsie Britton Wheeler; her husband Timothy Tanner; her close friend Shawn Johnson of Camden; her children, Monica Rayder (Shane) of Altmar, Tim Tanner (Danette) of Camden and Shane Tanner (Kelly) of Lowville; her stepchildren, Mike Johnson (Angie) of Oneonta, William Johnson (Nancy) of New Haven, CT, Andrew Johnson (Jessica) of Tennessee and Jessica Johnson (Jose) of Tennessee; and her siblings, Robert Wheeler (Sandy), LaDonna Lake (Jim), Jim Wheeler (Mary) and Tom Wheeler. She was also cherished by 16 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Foster-Hax Funeral Home (52 Park St, Pulaski, NY 13142). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life was held on Saturday, November 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the American Legion (8 Vida Dr, Williamstown, NY 13493).
