He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Elroy and Mary Novak. He is survived by: his parents, Gerald Arzie and Terri Novak Arzie of Richland; his sisters, Samantha Brockett (Jake) of Pulaski, Kayla Arzie (Logan Stone) of Sandy Creek and Shelby Arzie of Pulaski; and his grandparents, Gerald, Judith Arzie of Pulaski and Mary Blakiewicz of Olyphant, PA. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
