He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Hubert Hart and Thelma Hart (Jones); his wife Elise Dashnaw; his sons, Joseph T. Hart (Maryanne) and David G; and his sister Helen Fralick. He was also cherished by three grandchildren, five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
