He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Glen Carpenter and Nira Harms Carpenter; his stepchildren, Randy Rudd (Jean) of Yorkshire, England, Michael Haley, Syracuse, Brenda Loomis (Frank) of Mannsville and Charlotte Boykin (Brian Champion) of Rochester; his grandchildren, Justin D'Elia (Natashia) of Pulaski and Amanda Pearson (Kory) of Pulaski; and his sister Grace Jarrell. He was also cherished by seven great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
