He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Potter and Viola Potter of Delaware; and his wife Marcia J. of Delaware. He is survived by: his daughter Carlene (Delaware); his son-in-law Mark; his son Lynn of Delaware; his granddaughter Mikeyla; his pet Miss Kitty II; and his friend Patricia Pepe.
