He was predeceased by: his parents, Roderick T. DeCarr and Izetta M. DeCarr (Murphy); and his sisters, Janice Broadbent, Nancy Ellis and Joanne DeCarr.
He is survived by: his siblings, Catherine Jenkins of Syracuse, Deanna Jenkins of Massachusetts, Oliver DeCarr of Rome and Patricia Hicks of Ilion. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousin and friends.
