He is survived by: his girlfriend Lois Winans; his sister Donna Winans-Ingalls (Walter); his sons, Chad (Amy) and Darren; his grandchildren, Scott (Taylor), Sierra (Brendon) and Taylor; and his great grandchild Chase.
