He was predeceased by: his father Edward Dermody; and his brothers, James, Donald and William. He is survived by: his wife Marie Dermody; his children, Brian Dermody (Kim), Nicholas, Zachary and Traci Kane (Brian); and his grandchildren, Brittani Kane (C. K.) and Erin Kane (Daniel Conlon).
