She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Chase and Mabel Pine Chase; her husband Fred Adams; and her brothers, Gary E. Chase and Robert H. Chase.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy A. Richards of Homer, Bradley F. Adams of Homer, Douglas M. Adams of Marathon and Lorraine P. Place (John) of Cortland. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, four great grandchildren and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
