He was predeceased by: his parents, Pearl Stanton Adams and Arthur F. Adams, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Melissa; his children, Nichoel Adams (Patrick) of San Diego, CA and Christopher Adams (Heidi) of Scott, NY; his grandchildren, Harley Sherman (Austin), Olivia Adams and Corbin Adams; his sister Karen (Wolfgang); and his great grandchildren, Gabriella and Xavier. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, his family requests honoring his memory by taking an active role in your own health and wellbeing as well as getting regular cancer screenings.
