She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald Phelps and Natalie Phelps; her husband Carl V. Rosato; her son Anthony Rosato (Laurie J. E.); and her siblings, Michael Phelps of Dryden, Scott Phelps of Savannah, Betsy Phelps of Homer, Janice Wingenbach of Cincinnatus and Sally Smith of Homer.
A brief service will follow at 5 p. m. Social distancing practices will be in place for both the visitation and service.
