She is survived by: her mother Georgia Cornwell; her husband Tom Gath; her daughter Kellie; her son-in-law Josh; her grandchild Keira; her stepchildren, Leonard, Ashley Gath, Paula and Christopher; and her grandchildren, Lark, Juniper, Dakota and Cyrus.

In lieu of flowers or gifts, those wishing to honor Connie's memory are encouraged to make contributions to Hospicare of Cortland and Tompkins County (hospicare.org).
