He is survived by: his sisters, Glenna Clark Marrow, Ellie Bockus (James) and Annie Monroe; his uncle Robert Haner (Brenda); his cousins, Ruthie Duncan (Tim), Bobby Haner and Valley Haner; his wife Shelly Collins (Hicks); his children, Rachael Lamphier (Jason) and Scott Jones (Shelby); his grandchildren, Makayla, Sawyer and Silas; his pets, Bandit, Dozer and Angel; and his siblings, Kristen Jamison (Jamie), Robert Collins (Gina) and John Collins (Sarah).
