He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Butterfield; his children, Nancy Butterfield (Reno Colalillo) of Yorktown Heights, N. Y, William Butterfield (Debra) of Commack, N. Y. and Amy Butterfield-Tozzo (William) of New Fairfield, CT; and his grandchildren, Matthew Colalillo, Isabella Butterfield, Christian Butterfield, Luke Butterfield Tozzo and Leonardo Pellegrino Tozzo.
