It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Harold Allen of Poughquag, New York, born in Cold Spring, New York, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Allen and Louise Allen (DeRose); and his wife Delorus Allen (Hilton). He is survived by: his pet Oreo; his children, Craig Allen of Faxon, OK, Leah Bogdan (Richard) of Pawling, NY and Kevin Allen (Karen Tompkins) of Poughquag; and his grandchildren, Lauren Bogdan of Patterson, NY, Michael Allen of Poughquag, Kyle Allen of Texas and Pat Allen of Poughquag. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and friends.
