He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Colby Carver and Juana Isabel Quiñones (Lopez); and his wife Gloria Carver (Sanchez). He is survived by: his siblings, Raquel DaCosta (Quiñones), Maria Isabel Vergez (Quiñones), Francisco Quiñones, Rafael Quiñones and Emily Guerrero (Cotto); his daughter Esther (Napolitano); his son-in-law Douglas Napolitano; and his grandson Matthew. He is also survived by his siblings and their spouses, and an extended family that includes aunts, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lighthouse Guild , a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing vision care, rehabilitation, assistive technology, and other resources that help people who are visually impaired to lead full, independent, and productive lives.
