She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert F. Tuttle and Helen S. Tuttle (Milan); and her brother Robert L. Tuttle. She is survived by: her sister-in-law Mary Ann Tuttle of Charlotte, N. C.; her niece Christine Tuttle (Timothy Peters) of Tega Cay, S. C.; her nephews, Robert K. Tuttle (Sharon) of Weddington, N. C. and Michael Tuttle (Jenny) of Monroe, N. C; her extended family, Joan Darragh of Poughkeepsie, N. Y., John Darragh (Denise) of Wayne, Paul Darragh (Megan) of Southbury, CT. and Margaret Castelli (Jack) of Poughkeepsie, N. Y; and her pets, Katie and Kalli. She is also survived by Many cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 3rd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Michael Torsone Memorial Funeral Home Inc. (218 Mill St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, November 4th 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Trinity Church (775 Main St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in Winnie's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or the American Red Cross.
