He was predeceased by: his parents, Ellsworth and Dorothy T. (Lambo); and his brother William J. Scheltmeyer (Gale) of Red Hook, NY.. He is survived by: his significant other Marion G. Stevensky of Highland, NY; his sons, Wayne Scheltmeyer, Jr. of Poughkeepsie and Derek Scheltmeyer of Columbia; his grandchildren, Alexander and Riley; his nieces, Tracy, Kelly and Regina; his nephew Michael; and his pets, Holly and Luke. He is also survived by extended family and friends and his two best friends.
