He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Shultis and Harriett Robinson Shultis; and his siblings, Robert, Wilson Shultis, Pauline Robbins and Geraldine "Gerry" Reed.

He is survived by: his daughter Cindy Lezon (Joseph) of Pleasant Valley, NY; his grandchildren, Timothy Lezon (Felicia) and Ashley M. Sgaramella (KC Pfister); and his great grandchild Arlo.
