He was predeceased by : his father Herman A. Levine. He is survived by : his wife Sarah; his brother Richard (Jacqueline); his niece Tamar (Brandon Rae); his nephew Jeremy (Michelle); and his great-nieces, Zia and Gili.

A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 10th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Beth-El (118 S Grand Ave, Poughkeepsie, NY 12603).
