She was predeceased by: her parents, William Robinson and Lillian Robinson (Place); and her sister Sandra Martin. She is survived by: her husband John "Jack" Mohrmann; her sisters, Florence Backman (Gilbertsville), Margaret Sleight (Poughkeepsie) and Doris Cashin (North Carolina); her children, Michael Mohrmann (Poughkeepsie), Nadine Millard (Clinton Corners) and Scott Mohrmann (Tracy); her grandchildren, Amber Millard-Di Palo (Keith) and Ryan Millard (Jessica); her children, Tara Millard and Stephan Mohrmann; and her great grandchildren, Griffin, Jace, Lexi, Lucas and Kennedy.
In lieu of flowers a donation may be made to the SPCA to celebrate Phyllis's love for cats.
