Wilkins of Poughkeepsie, New York, born in Ossining, New York, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 22, 2024 at the age of 78. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Donald V. Manning and Mary E. Brown Manning; her children, Scott P. Wilkins (Jennifer) of Harvard, MA and Deborah A. Davenport (Patrick) of Kingston, NY; her brother Donald Manning of Henderson; her grandchildren, Sean, Heather, Matthew, John and Jacqueline; and her brother Michael Manning.
