She is survived by: her close friend Christina Houghtaling; her siblings, Susan Ringwood (Mary Kay Chapman) of Grafton, WI., Frank Ringwood (John Wallace) of Pittsfield, MA. and Patricia Ringwood North (Chuck North) of Ruskin, FL.; her nieces, Courtney Prevatt (Travis) and Kimberly Evans (Jody Jerolman); her nephew Charles North; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Lucius of Hawthorne, FL., Charles Jr. of Hawthorne, FL., Emma of Hawthorne, FL., Lilly of Hawthorne, FL. and Peyton of Hawthorne, FL.; and her pets, Rusty and Shelly. She is also survived by her relatives and friends.

“Dear Chris and family, Mike and I are so sad to hear of Noreen's passing. She was a good neighbor and caretaker. We will miss her and her expertise in bird classifications - as we have many birds that visit both of our properties and Noreen would be able to identify each and everyone of them! We'll miss her doing her gardening in the backyard and potting flowers in the Springtime. She was a fan of our dog Zoey who would bark and greet her when she'd be taking groceries out of the car. RIP”
