She was predeceased by: her son Stephen O'Reilly; her husband Micheal O'Reilly; her son Micheal O'Reilly; and her siblings, Marie Athanas, Brian and Patrick Kennedy.

She is survived by: her sons, Patrick O'Reilly and Dr. Brian O'Reilly (Jacqueline Quinn); her grandchildren, Patrick O'Reilly, Kimberly Cerniglia, Megan and Gabrielle O'Reilly; and her great grandchildren, Bentley, Lilliana, Layla and Fernando Jr..
