She was predeceased by: her mother Hattie Rexhouse; her siblings, Elizabeth Hill, Charles Rexhouse, Otto Rexhouse and Louise Randall; her husband William G. Coffey; her son William Gary Coffey; her son-in-law Mike Evans; and her pets, Dixie, Bella and Darla.

She is survived by: her children, Eddie Hill (Dee) of Hyde Park, Donna Coffey of Poughkeepsie and Lisa Pfitscher (Jerry) of Hyde Park; her grandchildren, Lyndsey Janos (Jeffrey), Nicole Hill, Anthony Coffey (Jenna), Ashleigh Sparacino (Joseph), Matthew Hill, Amanda Pfitscher (Steve), Alyssa Pfitscher, Michael Evans and Alexandra Pfitscher; and her great grandchildren, Jake Mkhail, Owen Hill, Joseph Tucker, Mckennah Hill, Jaxon Sparacino, Jack Janos, Sophie Sparacino and Matthew Hill.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in memory of Joyce A Coffey to the DCSPCA in Hyde Park, NY.
