He is survived by: his wife Bernadette O'Brien; his son Scott; his daughter-in-law Loretta Rizzo of Lagrange, NY.; his stepchildren, Keith, Kerri O'Brien of Enfield, CT., Michael, Heather O'Brien of Chicopee, MA. and James O'Brien of Chicopee, MA.; his grandchildren, Daniel Mitchell, Faith Rizzo, Aaron Rizzo, Devin O'Brien, Delaney O'Brien, Brendan Wise, Julia Pollano, Zachery Montalvo, Caitlyn O'Brien and Anthony Noel; and his siblings, Donna Rizzo, Edward and Robert Rizzo.
