He was predeceased by: his parent Braulia Monclova Lebrón of Maunabo. He is survived by: his significant other Patrice I. Mitchell; his daughter Lea Rivera; his caregiver Marta S. Rivera Monclova; his son-in-law Carlos T. Russell; his foster-son Jermaine M. Gaither Sr.; and his grandchildren, Mariabella Rivera-Todaro and Marco Joseph Rivera Todaro.
A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Christ Episcopal Church (20 Carroll St, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601).
