We bid farewell to John P. Lackaye (Poughkeepsie, New York), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on May 1, 2024 at the age of 73. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his daughter Jennifer Lackaye Sanda. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Lackaye (Palmatier); his siblings, Ed (Michele), Bob and Mary (Rich); his sons, Dan (Sarah), Tom and Bill; his grandchildren, Teagan, Walter, Derek and Charlie; and also Steve. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, and countless friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donations to be made in memory of John to Hudson Valley Hospice.
