We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2024, at the age of 88, John F. Theysohn of Poughkeepsie, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Theysohn and Helen Theysohn; his significant other Santa Mae Theysohn (Benigno); and his siblings, Judith Merritt-Blake (late Stanley "Mickey" Merritt) and Francis "Clint" Theysohn (Barbara "Dee" Theysohn).
He is survived by: his sister Rose Eileen Smith (Gary) of Jacksonville; his siblings-in-law, Rosemary Blake (Robert) of Wappingers Falls, NY., Joseph Benigno (Barbara) of Charlotte, NC and John Blake of Pine Plains, NY.; his daughter Betty Jean Laffin (Michael) of Hopewell Junction, NY.; his family Brett Laffin (Teresa); his wife Kristen; his great grandchildren, Olivia and Collin of Croton; his daughter Jacqueline DeBiase; his son-in-law Christopher DeBiase; his grandchild Ashlyn Womble (Taylor); and also, Aubrie of Hyde Park, NY., Palmer and Oakley of Charlotte, NC.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
